Man, I so enjoyed church services tonight!! I loved not knowing what time it was but I especially enjoyed not caring what time it was. I enjoyed hearing the great concern for loved ones being expressed by my brothers and sisters as the microphone was passed around from person to person making prayer requests. You could hear the tears by listening to their voice. I felt a great sense of bonding during this time because people were just opening up and sharing some things in their lives and in their family's lives that most people would typically want to try and keep silent about. I saw us more as a family tonight during the Prayer and Share session than at any other time we've been together. Prayer does something to you. It transforms you individually and as a group. We become more humble and learn to lean on one another more in the presence of God. It's truly a beautiful thing......having one another!

I really appreciated last night's service. It is difficult to create an atmosphere of intimacy in such a large group of people. Scott's mode of praying after each request was very helpful. Having so many different people lead prayers was also good. Scott did an excellent job of facilitating the service.
Thanks Scott for Sunday night. It was so good to hear members pray that we never get to hear pray. Jennifer your words are exactly how I felt about Sunday night. I hope we do this more often.
Judy it is great to have a response from you. We need your imput more often.

You all are very welcome, but of course, it wasn't me. Several people asked what I had planned and the only answer was whatever you wanted to pray about. So thank all of you for your participation.
Thinking about this service again and realizing how important it is to ENCOURAGE each other and PRAY for each other. I had a conversation with one of the gentlemen at church Sunday night about our prayers for others and the importance of showing love to others that have struggles in their lives. I am thankful we have members so faithful to God and prayer and really care about others. My prayer is to be more faithful in prayer.
