Looking for an Experience?

I read something yesterday that contrasted the primary values of the modern and postmodern worldviews: modern - rational, postmodern - experience.

That sure makes a lot of sense to me! I started to write a post elaborating on it, but it got long, and it occurred to me that no one really cares about the ruminations of my mind, so it's back to this:

What did you think about the message Steve delivered Sunday morning? Personally, I was moved by the affirmation of who we are, coupled with the challenge to be open to others different than us. Steve could have been a gymnast, he has great balance.

This Thursday is another prayer meeting. We are going to have them every Thursday! The time is 8:30 to 9:30pm at the building. Everyone is invited. You can participate actively or passively. We have been having some great experiences (no blowing winds or shaking rooms but good experiences nonetheless). Please come and see for yourself.
