The Women's Connection Hayride was a complete success! We had wonderful time laughing, sharing and eating.......oh, all the yummy food. Thanks to all the women that came, all the men that watched our children, to Mark for driving the tractor, and Brandy for hosting and opening their home to all of us.

I'm glad you kept all the beer out of the picture!
I'm so glad you all had a wonderful time. I had signed up to attend but ended up spending the entire day with Tim instead. I never want to end my time with him in order to go to something else.
Tim took me everywhere. We went golfing (I followed him around and visited with him while he did the actual game) and enjoyed the wonderful weather with all the fall leaves and the smell in the air. I was thrilled he was able to golf for just $7. It was a par 3 golf course and it was so pretty. He took me to a drive thru restaurant, called Charlie's, so I could try my first cheese steak sandwich and it was really good. Then we went to Hobby Lobby because I had to do some shopping for one of our travel mates in our adoption group (we're doing a "swap" while we wait for our referral pictures of our children in order to keep our spirits up and get to know one another better). Then we took the long way home just so we could enjoy some scenery and time together. Neither one of us was interested in really ever getting home because we were having such a wonderful time together. We drove through a town that was celebrating "The festival of leaves" and then we found an Amish community and looked around there for a while but didn't buy anything. We then made our way, as it was getting dark, to one of our special favorite places to go with each other....Shawnee Lodge. We went inside and sat down on the couch in front of the big fireplace in the lobby and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Next we headed home (still going the long way) and we went to Kentucky across the older bridge so we could enter Ohio again on the brand new bridge. It was beautiful at night because it was all lit up and massive looking. We then stopped at Kroger and got some milk because we were out at home and then headed back to the house. We had such a relaxing day together and I'm so glad I decided to spend it with Tim. We rarely get to be together because of Tim's work schedule and my schedule with the places I go in the evening.
So, I missed the outing on purpose, and I'm not one bit sorry for it. I'm glad you all enjoyed yourself too!

Sorry I missed the hayride. Enjoyed the picture. Wayne and I had another commitment so I was unable to attend. Hope to be with you all the next time.
