This is one of my favorite recipes.
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup celery, cut fine
1 cup onion, cut fine
1 cup carrots, cut fine
5 cups potatoes, cut fine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pound of Velvetta cheese, cubed
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 5 cups of boiling water. Add celery, carrots and onions. Cook 20 minuts. Add potatoes, cook 20 minutes more. Add chicken soup and velveeta cubes. Mix well. If soup is too thick, a dd a small amount of water.

Thank you very much, Dianne! Tim and I have made this soup for years and love it. Somehow, our copy of the recipe has gotten misplaced and it is greatly missed...haha! Tim HAS to make this soup every time the library has a staff meeting or something. He took it once and has been stuck with bringing it ever since. It's just so good! But...obviously you already know that. ;)
I hope to see your kids at camp in a few weeks.
