Check out Richard Beck's reference to a study re-creating the conditions of the "Parable of the Good Samaritan". The study involved seminarians. The results cause me to pause to think about how hurried I am.

Good study.
I agree, the idea of using seminarians was a nice touch. I have heard the thought that religion is a hobby before and that brings up a sad fact. If we lived life with God as our main focus, if you will our job, how much stronger would we be.
But I will be the first to attest that seeing patients or preparing for the day usually takes precedant over, say, preparing for my bible class. Time is a great commodity, but is also our biggest challenge.
