Where's our Millie???

Hey guys, I know that just like me, you have been missing Mildred Lemon. Just so you know, she has been in Maryland visiting her family...Donna (daughter), and Jeff, Dawn, and John, (Son, Daughter-in-law and grandson).
Well, I think it's great for her to get away from time to time to visit family, but there's a little problem here. She's been gone for quite some time, (like 2-1/2 or 3 weeks) and Marland has great skiing, lot's of shopping Malls, and the Capital is very close by. I'm starting to get concerned that she thinks she's staying, and without our permission.

So, what I really want to say is...

Millie, WE ALL LOVE YOU, AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH!
Please come home for Christmas -- Service on Christmas Sunday just won't be the same without you.

I agree with Jamie. Millie, or "Grandma" as my kids call her, is a great lady, and Sunshine needs her around. My kids miss her hugs, and so do Shaun and I.

Millie, we'll let you visit for a while, but your family is just going to have to share you at Christmas. After all, we all need to be with our family at Christmas, and YOU are part of OUR family!! We love you! Hurry home!

MILLIE, I NEED YOUR HUGS GIRL!!!!!!
I sure do miss you when you're not here. I wrote you a poem:

Millie, kabilly
Walkin' kinda silly.
She hugs ya, and loves ya,
Just like my grandmada.
East is not your home.
Been gone far too long.
We need ya, we'll feed ya.
We sure do need to see ya.

Love ya Mille,
Scott

I miss you, Millie.

Though I can climb no higher than number 2 on your love list (precluded from number 1 by the grandson), I long to see you during Christmas. I hope you are having a good time and may God bless you always.

What's a kabilly?

Scotty G said...

Kabilly is a rapper's term for beautiful lady of heart, soul and mind.

I suppose after perusing the Rapper's Lexicon for terms regarding women, kabilly was a good choice for Millie.

Kabally, Kabilly,
this was supposed to be about
Millie!
But it seems you guys
just want to act silly!!

Millie and anyone else who may be reading this -- Jason and Scott are now going to Scotty G's place to finish their fuss. (it's time for a new post there anyway) While we, on the other hand, get on with telling Millie how much we miss her.

By the way Millie, I really do love you, and I hope you're home soon. We need all the help we can get with Scott and Jason.

Millie, I don't know what else I can add to all of these comments except that I miss your smiling face and hugs too. I can understand the attraction of Christmas with family in Maryland, but you've got family back here too, cousin. If you can't make it back for Christmas, hurry back as soon as you can afterwards :-)

You all know how much I love all of my church family. It makes me feel good to know how much you miss me. I will see you all at church on Christmas Day.

Love to all,
Millie

I can't believe this blog. You all have her for 11 months out of the year. I take her away for one month and you all are missing her. How could you begrudge me one short month. I let you all borrow her for the other 11.

Millie, I hope Scott didn't overtake me at number 2 with his clever poetry, cause I can write something too, if its necessary.

Millie,

I miss you too! I also look forward to a hug. I know Tim will get the first one, but I'll settle for second place. Have a safe trip home. See you Christmas

Millie -- I knew that's exactly what you would say! You have always made it so clear that you love all of us dearly, and God most of all. But we just needed you to know how special you are to us -- even though we know you already knew. We also knew you were computer and internet savy.
...oh yeah, and we're glad you're a blogger too.

Donna -- what can I say?? Your mom is such a wonderful, georgous, spiritual lady of God, we have to have her back. But don't worry, we love you too, and you can come visit anytime and often.

Ok, joking aside...
I know you really love and enjoy your mom Donna, and I'm sure having her there with you has been a blessing. So enjoy the rest of your visit, we're praying for you guys, and for your trip back to Ohio. Just be back for Christmas, Ok??!!

2 things...
Donna, please feel at home on this blog, or any of our blogs for that matter. Just join in the encouragement any time you want.

Millie -- I know those guys are talking about being your favorite, let's not shatter them by telling them it's really me. Deal??!!

Love you both...

So you all feel better Millie and I just sent you kisses and hugs through the air and you should be feeling better soon. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX(That should just about cover you all of you.)

We, (Donna, Jeff, John and I) are thinking of cancelling our loan arrangement with you all. We would like to have her eleven months and you can have her one month.

Beware when she comes back...she brings winter storms with her every week.

We appreciate the poems (aka-raps), kind words and blogger love.

Love,
Dawn
(The #1 daughter-in-law--just kidding, Cheryl!)

Dawn, how about we just leave the arrangement the way it is... us 11 -- you guys over there --1. I think it's working fine, except for the time Millie's with you guys, then we miss her, and act up like this.
We'll work on it... OK??!!

It's been great visiting with you all like this -- like I told Donna, feel free to join in on any of our blogs, that's why we have them, to spend better time together. Just look on the links, and you'll find some weird place to spend time with us.

Anyway, we love you and see ya soon -- we'll be praying for your trip.
