Polar Bear Swim

Dad asked me to post these pictures taken at the Polar Bear Swim, for the Youth Group, hosted in the Sullivan's pool in late September. We don't know the exact temperature of the water BUT the outside air temp was 64 degrees and the nights before and after were in the 40s. So, you can imagine how cold it was. The people you see in the pictures were the only ones brave enough to get in. The others stood around and laughed, loving & playfully, at the ones that got in, with their blue lips and goose bumps! From what I saw and heard about it, everyone there had a wonderful time, in or out of the water.
