Can We Upgrade?

So, how do you Administrators feel about upgrading this blog to "The New Blogger" now that they're "out of beta"? I'm interested in doing this!

I'm not familiar with The New Blogger, what advantages are there to moving?

Unless there's something there that we can't do without, I'm of the opinion "if it ain't broke, don't mess with it."

Ok, I checked it out...seems that Blogger is just upgrading their system software and the changes require folks to re-register to use the new features. Not sure what the final outcome will be, but I'm guessing they'll eventually phase out the old version and we'll be forced to upgrade anyway.

I'm not particularly impressed by the wonderful upgrades they're bragging about so far....

Whatever you guys decide will be fine with me.

I upgraded 2 of my blogs so far and I love it. Probably my favorite thing is how easy it is to change things and it's so incredibly fast. I now have a "drop down menu" for my old posts instead of having a whole list of months or titles showing up on the side. It's great and looks very neat clean when you look at the blog as a whole. Naturally, I'm a little partial since I'm talking about my own blogs...haha! Anyway, when I go to my "dashboard" or whatever it's called, most of the time Sunshine's blog doesn't show up for me because it says it's still using the "old blogger". It's really no big deal to upgrade stuff. You do, however, lose any special html things you've added that weren't original to the page set up. For example, I lost my visitor counter that I had added to my page. No big deal.

So, I would love to update us but I'll wait until we come to an agreement. If someone else would rather be the one to upgrade stuff here, it won't hurt my feelings. Whatever you all decide is fine.
